Benefits

When/Where do we meet?

  • Training Season Meetings: During the training season, we gather for organized runs on Sunday mornings.

  • Two Training Sessions: Our group has two training sessions. The Winter/Spring (January - April) and Summer/Fall (June-October). Meeting times vary between 7:00am and 8:00am to ensure we run after sunrise and we beat the summer heat.

  • Varied Locations: The meeting locations vary throughout the year, depending on the planned mileage and weather conditions. Typically, we run on the Olentangy, Scioto, and Alum Creek Trails.

  • Off-Season Informal Runs: During the off-season, there are no organized runs with set distances and hydration stations. However, many participants still meet for informal runs.
